Anvix Expense Analyzer Plus is an auto-renewing subscription sold through Google Play. Because Google processes the payment, cancellations and refunds are handled through your Google account.
Cancelling
- You can cancel anytime: open Google Play → Menu → Subscriptions → Anvix Expense Analyzer → Cancel.
- After cancelling, you keep Plus features until the end of the period you've already paid for. It simply won't renew.
- The free, on-device features of Anvix Expense Analyzer continue to work after a subscription ends.
Refunds
- Refunds are governed by Google Play's refund policy. Google may offer an automatic refund window shortly after purchase.
- To request a refund, use Google Play → Order history → Request a refund / report a problem.
- We don't separately process card refunds, since we never receive your payment details — Google does.
- If you were charged in error or believe something is wrong, email us at support@anvixlabs.comand we'll help where we can (e.g. by supporting your Google Play refund request).
