Anvix Expense Analyzer — Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the Anvix Expense Analyzer mobile app ("the app"), published by Anvix Labs ("we", "us"). By installing or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

The service

Anvix Expense Analyzer reads your bank transaction SMS on your device to categorize spending and generate reports, and offers optional AI features. See our Privacy Policy for how data is handled.

Not financial advice

Anvix Expense Analyzer provides informational summaries of your own spending. It is not financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, and AI responses may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for your own financial decisions; verify anything important independently.

Subscriptions & billing

  • Anvix Expense Analyzer Plus is an auto-renewing subscription billed through your Google Play account.
  • Payment is charged at confirmation of purchase and renews each period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends.
  • You can manage or cancel anytime in Google Play → Subscriptions. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
  • Prices may change; we'll give notice as required, and changes won't affect the period you've already paid for.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the app — including reverse engineering it to extract keys or credentials, abusing the free AI allowance, or using it to violate any law. We may suspend access for abuse.

Availability & changes

We may update, change, or discontinue features (including AI options) at any time. AI features depend on third-party services and may be unavailable.

Disclaimers

The app is provided "as is"without warranties of any kind. We don't warrant that categorization or parsing is complete or error-free, or that the service will be uninterrupted.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Anvix Labs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for decisions made based on the app's output. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the app anytime by uninstalling it. We may terminate or suspend access for breach of these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts of India.
